HST Payable

Due to a recent decision by Revenue Canada the UFPCC now has to collect and remit HST on the member dues. This has resulted in our first increase since 2001 from 15 cents per day per child to 17 cents per day per child. Of the extra 2 cents per day collected 1.95 cents is the included HST tax that we now have to collect.
