By-Law #4

As a result of the current Covid 19 Pandemic and on the advice of Corporations Canada and our Corporate Lawyer, on Wednesday the 8th April 2020 the Board of Directors voted to adopt By-Law #4. This By-Law allows the Annual Meeting of Members to be held electronically this year (2020) and if ratified by the members allows futures meetings to be held via electronic means in the event of another pandemic.
